do I send you my new email address for a newsletter?
You have to do it yourself, as a security precaution against someone
else pretending they're you. Just do these quick two steps:
1) Go to the newsletter you want to remove yourself from.
At the bottom of your old newsletter click on the "remove"
link there.
2) Sign up again at the Silver Lotto website here.

not receiving emails from you. I'm getting your LOTTO-TIPS newsletter,
so you must be able to get my emails!
The newsletter comes from a different internet provider. Because
of the spam problem these days, one host is often blocked while
another not. For that reason I also send other replies out through
different hosts on request, in order to try and get them through
for you. Also check your email "Blocked email," "Spam,"
"Trash," "Bulk" or "Deleted" folders.

getting multiple newsletters from you. How can I stop them?
Go to the very bottom of the email newsletter you wish to unsubscribe
from, and click on the link. Make sure if you are receiving multiple
copies that you stay on the list called "ken101". This
is so you qualify for the free Silver Lotto System.
