If you haven't received your details it is because many email hosts often have legitimate email or email with attachments blocked through their anti-spam filters. It often just needs the word "lotto" in the body for it be rejected. So:

1. Check your email "Blocked email," "Spam," "Trash," "Bulk" or "Deleted" folders.
2. Sign up for a free account at Yahoo. Most email can be sent and received without problem through Yahoo. Then contact me through the Support Form. I will resend your product to your Yahoo address.

SUGGESTION: If you have a choice, don't use email hosts AOL, shaw.ca or gmail (exceptions are if you cannot get me mail any other way, use these as a last resort). These hosts will even filter out newsletters that you've signed up for. However most of these email programs also allow you to separate out spam into a bulk/spam folder, so check that first.

I've been sent username and password details in an email, but I can't log in.
The system sends this information to you, but it can't be used until your payment is approved and the Lotto-80 membership activated by us. You will get an email with all those details within 48 hours - longer if you ordered during the weekend when our credit card processing company is closed.

My account is not enabled and the Lotto-80 site won't let me order again.
This usually happens if you enter your email details but do not follow through to the payment website. The Lotto-80 membership system only allows one order per email address. Use another email address.

It takes a lot of research to add another game to the System, but when I get enough requests I will certainly consider it.

You can play as many games shown in the Lotto-80 System membership page as you like - there are no limits. However I suggest you select one game that suits your play and budget, and stick to it. Only by specializing in one game can you get the best from your Silver Lotto System and Lotto-80 System.

This is usually a recurring payment for the Lotto-80 System or Winner's Circle. Your payment is automatically deducted from your credit card when your membership expires to save you losing your membership privileges. You may not always receive advice of this payment, so I recommend you note the date for future reference.

I sent cash by registered post, but I haven't heard from you.
You may not have put your email address in with your payment, and I don't reply by post. Always use the Mail Form for these orders and type your information from your computer.

Some postal mail takes a while, maybe longer than the 5-7 days that is normal. Some mail hasn't turned up for 3 weeks or more. Don't ask me why some postal services are faster than others. So just be patient... your mail will eventually get here.

Ken, what's your refund policy?
There is no refund on the Lotto-80 System since it is a membership site, however you can cancel at any time and you will still be able to use it up to the end of your paid period.
