the difference between the Custom Profile and the PRO system Custom
Profiles?
The standard Custom Profiles are made for the Silver Lotto System,
and saves you time and brainwork in filling out the tickets from
the manual. The Silver Lotto
PRO System uses 4 Custom Profiles done in a similar way, but
uses a different form of calculation to match the Lotto-80 System.

I haven't received my standard Custom Profile yet. I ordered it
some hours/ days ago, and I'm waiting still.
It's normally delivered digitally and instantly with ClickBank after
you complete your order. If you order through my other payment system
I usually indicate on your order form email how long the product
will take to be sent. A large order backlog or special promotion
will slow my response time down a lot. You can always check the
"Current Response Time" at this Support
home page to see if there are longer delays than usual.
Also
check your email "Blocked email," "Spam," "Trash,"
"Bulk" or "Deleted" folders in case the email
has found its way there.
The
most likely reason for a ClickBank order problem is that you didn't
see the link on the payment page after you filled in your credit
card details: "CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE
YOUR ORDER". Check your email to see if you've received
the confirmation ClickBank send you. Use the information there to
retrieve the download instructions again.

haven't received my Custom Profiles for the PRO System yet. I ordered
it over 48 hours /several days ago, and I'm waiting still.
If you ordered on Friday outside New Zealand, that is normally a
Saturday for us, and my credit card people are closed during the
weekend. I wait until payment is cleared - normally our Monday /your
Sunday, and it will take up to 2 days after that to complete if
I'm busy.
Because
most of my manually-processed sales are customized products, a large
order or promotion will slow my response time down a lot. You can
always check the "Current Response Time" at the Help Desk
home page to see if there are longer delays than usual.

If you haven't received your Custom Profile it is because many email
hosts often have legitimate email or email with attachments blocked
through their anti-spam filters. It often just needs the word "lotto"
in the body for it be rejected. So:
1.
Check your email "Blocked email," "Spam," "Trash,"
"Bulk" or "Deleted" folders.
2.
Sign up for a free account at Yahoo.
Most email can be sent and received without problem through Yahoo.
Then contact me through the Support
Form. I will re-send your product to your Yahoo address.
SUGGESTION:
If you have a choice, don't use email hosts
AOL, shaw.ca or
gmail (exceptions are if you cannot get me mail any other
way, use these as a last resort). These hosts will even filter out
newsletters that you've signed up for. However most of these email
programs also allow you to separate out spam into a bulk/spam folder,
so check that first.

what's your refund policy for the Custom Profile?
Your standard Custom Profile order is subject to the same ClickBank
refund policy as all their products. However, as the PRO Custom
Profiles take me four times as long, no refund can be made for these
due to the time I spend on them.

didn't get your win percentage with the Custom Profiles.
You may not win as much as me... though some have won more. Do you
pay out $60 each week or use all the lines in your Silver
Lotto System like I do? Most people don't, and wonder why they
don't get my own success rate. You need to follow my instructions
to duplicate my results.
